Explore tools for resilience, coping with stress, avoiding burnout and finding joy! Combines psychoeducation, discussion and self-care practices. In-person format (as possible) to cultivate positive, constructive connections & to maximize the synergy of these connections. Connecting with nature is a vital part of the self-care toolbox. Includes pre & post self-assessments.
